Faith Environ Studio tackled pedestrian traffic flow and seating capacity challenges by innovatively rotating the sanctuary. This creative solution not only streamlined entry and exit but also allowed for increased seating, accommodating more attendees.

Enhanced Narthex and Welcoming Spaces

In addition to reorienting the sanctuary, the narthex was significantly enhanced. By increasing its size and volume, a more spacious and welcoming environment was created. A new vaulted wood ceiling adds architectural interest and grandeur, while comfortable furnishings encourage fellowship.

Improved Functionality and Security

A new vestibule was constructed to further improve functionality. This vestibule effectively reduces drafts, ensuring a comfortable temperature in the narthex, and provides an added layer of security during weekdays. This thoughtful redesign enhanced the overall experience for the congregation.
